Business Link – delivery of a region-wide European funded business support programme to 100s of creative businesses. At the time, this was the only dedicated region-wide Creative Industries business support programme across the region:
- managing a client base and community of several hundred businesses
- determining client needs
- matching with a team of dedicated business advisers
- running local events and workshops
- partnership building with local authorities and arts/creative organisations across the region
- a million pound ERDF contract for creative businesses region-wide.
